Troy Kotsur joins Season 3 of Apple’s ‘Institution’


Troy Kotsur, who won an Academy Award for his role in the film Codaback to Apple.

Kotsur joins the third season of institution.

This comes as the series, which comes from Skydance TV, has postponed its return to production. Deadline revealed that production on the series was scheduled to restart this month, but due to budget and physical production issues, it was postponed to March 6 in the Czech Republic and Poland.

Based on Isaac Asimov’s trilogy, the series chronicles the saga of the Corporation, a group of exiles who discover that the only way to save the Galactic Empire from destruction is to challenge it. It follows the stories of four important individuals that transcend space and time as they overcome deadly crises, shifting loyalties and complex relationships that will ultimately determine the fate of humanity.
