I had lower expectations for the Barsys 360 robotic cocktail machine, but the Madras drink I sipped was excellent. The Barsys 360 has six bowls for pouring liquor, juice, and other mixers. The app lets you see what cocktails you can make using the ingredients, and there’s even a special cup with paddles to mix the drink for you.
This thing seems to work well, and looks great. We may need to carry one to the next CNET office happy hour.
