Remi Wolf announced her second album, “Big Ideas,” and released her first single, “Cinderella.”
The alternative pop artist is set to drop her second full-length record on July 12 via Island Records. “Cinderella” is the first taste of her coming era, filled with cheerful horns and a slight touch of funk. “Cinderella is a lyrical collection of the mood swings, mood swings and transient lifestyle I was living while writing this album,” she said in a statement. “The constant travel and rapid changes led me to feel such rollercoaster of emotions – I went from feeling really insecure to feeling really good to feeling manic and depressed and then feeling good again, while desperately longing for a constant figure to tell me I was doing a good job.” job. “Big Ideas” will serve as the follow-up to her debut album “Juno,” which was released in October 2021 and received the deluxe album treatment the following June. The California native generated buzz prior to “Juno” with a trio of EPs, all released via Island. Wolfe is currently scheduled to join Olivia Rodrigo on the international leg of her “Guts World Tour,” which begins April 30 in Dublin.
