MetLife launches first-of-its-kind insurance sales app for agents


To enhance the insurance purchasing experience for customers and enable agents to provide better service, MetLife Bangladesh recently launched “MyLife”, a first of its kind mobile sales app.

The MyLife app will be available exclusively to MetLife Bangladesh agents.

The MyLife app was launched at a recent event in Dhaka.

The event’s chief guest, Muhammad Jinul Bari, Chairman of the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (Idra), launched the app.

MetLife Bangladesh CEO Alaa Ahmed; Additional Managing Director Jafar Sadiq Chowdhury; The ceremony was attended by senior officials and branch managers of MetLife.

The MyLife mobile app integrates advanced digital technology to assist agents in their daily tasks, including providing personalized product recommendations and presentations to customers, and managing after-sales services directly from their mobile devices.

This app is set to revolutionize the way MetLife agents interact with new and existing customers, ensuring a faster and more efficient insurance buying and servicing experience.
