Local insurance agency opens office in Libbie Mill

A local insurance company will move into the Libbie Mill Midtown redevelopment in Henrico County.

Percy Barnett State Farm Insurance Agency will open a retail pavilion in the community’s Tanner Row building, developer Gumenick Properties announced Jan. 12. The 1,632-square-foot space is located next to The Corner Shops.

Libbie Mill is a mixed-use development that includes apartments, townhomes, condos, shops, restaurants, a lake, dock, pavilion and the Libbie Mill Library.

“We try to help our clients and potential clients with all of their insurance needs, especially auto, home, renters, life and business insurance,” said Percy Barnett, owner and manager of the agency. To open at Libbie Mill in early March. There is still 6,177 square feet of retail space available at Libbie Mill.
