Latvia warns the Auto Insurance Association of collusion to compensate for the previous fine

Latvia’s competition watchdog has warned the country’s main national car insurance association against encouraging its members to increase insurance premiums to offset a €340,000 fine imposed over past anti-competitive behaviour.
