At Nationwide’s annual sales meeting, the best achievements, both at work and in the community, are celebrated according to the team’s plan for the coming year. From deepening relationships and expanding new business to creative problem solving, the 2023 Sales Associates were honored for their exemplary work at Nationwide as well as leadership in their communities.
Lori Bricker
Strategic customer solutions
- Lori is a dedicated employee who embodies Nationwide’s values and fosters collaboration among its associates. She expands her impact beyond business, actively participates in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives nationwide, and volunteers for the betterment of the local community with Main Street Wooster.
Candace Darren

- Driven by her passion for expanding life insurance coverage, Candace’s collaborative approach has helped her successfully engage partners across departments to achieve results. Aside from its consistent high performance, Candace displays her strong leadership, using technology to enhance business value. Her passion for others extends to her volunteer service with the Wholesale Diversity Association, the Greater Warren-Youngstown Urban League and Rivergate High School where she mentors and supports at-risk youth.
Rob Fajardo

- Rob’s impressive results-focused attitude has enabled him to be a consistent performer while successfully collaborating with financial professionals to implement effective solutions. In the community, he works with a non-profit organization in Puerto Rico that helps underprivileged children participate in youth sports and provides scholarships to underprivileged children on the island. Additionally, Rob is active with charities in New Jersey that help raise money for children with autism.
Marshall Goff

- Marshall’s effective leadership and strong relationships, both inside and outside the company, have played a critical role in Nationwide’s success. In addition to strong business results, he actively contributes to his community through involvement in his local youth soccer association, where he serves on the board of directors as a volunteer and match referee.
Garrett Hamel

- In addition to his deep knowledge of life insurance solutions and excellent collaboration with partners throughout the business, Garrett coaches his son’s baseball team and volunteers for a charity that supports families affected by Rett Syndrome in his community.

- Traci is always responsible for getting things done and putting customers first. Outside of work, she is involved with Habitat for Humanity and helps with Golden Endings, an animal rescue group, dedicated to caring for homeless golden retrievers.
