Busan appoints Director of Asian Content and Film Market

Busan Asian Content and Film Market (ACFM) has appointed experienced programmer and independent arts producer Ellen Y. Dae Kim as its new director. She was officially approved at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) General Assembly and will begin her four-year term on Friday (March 8). She was previously the Program Director of the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival. Japanese actor Ryohei Suzuki receives the Excellence in Asian Cinema Award

Japanese film and television actor Ryohei Suzuki will receive the Excellence in Asian Cinema Award at this year’s Asian Film Awards.
