Julia is a partner in the Digital Regulatory Risk and Compliance practice at PwC in Singapore. She specializes in risk and transformation and advises banks, wealth managers, capital markets intermediaries and non-financials on digital transformation strategy and implementation, risks, regulations, controls and governance.
With over 20 years of experience, she has led core banking, compliance, operational risk, financial transformation programmes, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and internal audit reviews. Clients appreciate her partnership to connect the dots and co-create solutions that are practical and more relevant to them.
Prior to assuming her current position, she held various corporate leadership roles as Private Banking Sector Leader, Banking Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Digital Transformation Services Leader.
Outside of client work, Julia is active in giving back through board management and mentoring. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies), the Building Construction Authority Board and the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. She is a mentor for Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
