Becca Rodriguez joins Grandview as Director


Exclusive: Grandview has appointed Director Becca Rodriguez to work within the company’s growing Intellectual Property department. She joined the Curate team, where she oversaw books to film as book director, and will continue that focus in her new role.

Rodriguez brings with her clients including award-nominee Philip K. Dick Rebecca Bergman; Pushcart Prize nominee Lucy Breech, who has multiple novels in selection and development; New York Times bestselling author and journalist Maureen Callahan; International Latino Book Award winner Anne Davila Cardinal; PEN America/Hemingway Award-winning author Oscar Hoquet; USA Today bestseller Jessica Joyce; PEN/Faulkner Prize-winning author Desha Philiao, whose short story collections include, The Secret Lives of Church Ladies, she is involved in the film adaptation of Viva Maude and Max directed by Tessa Thompson. Sue Grafton Memorial Award nominee Marcy Rendon; debut novelist Hattie Williams; and Locus Award finalist Hannah Yang.

Prior to joining Curate, Rodriguez worked at The Gotham Group. She began her career as an assistant at Anonymous Content in various departments, from talent to literary and media rights.
