Olivia Colman on pay disparity in Hollywood: ‘If I were Oliver Colman, I’d be making a lot more AF*** than I am now’


Olivia Colman is speaking out about pay disparity in Hollywood and says she would make more money if she were a man.

The Oscar winner was a guest on CNN Amanpour clock, She spoke with host Christiane Amanpour about the pay inequality she experienced in the film and television industry.

“Don’t get me started on the pay disparity, but male actors get paid more because they used to say they attract audiences,” the Oscar-winning star said. “And actually, that hasn’t been true for decades, but they still like to use that as a reason why women aren’t paid as much as their male counterparts.”
