Controversial conservative commentator Candace Owens and The Daily Wire have parted ways.
“The Daily Wire and Candace Owens have ended their relationship,” said Jeremy Boring, CEO of The Daily Wire. books In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday. He did not explain the circumstances of this step.
Owens could not immediately be reached for comment.
Owens’ departure from the outlet comes after “months of tensions between her and Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro over her promotion of various anti-Semitic conspiracy theories,” according to Mediaite.
