Exclusive: Isaac de Bancoli (Godfather of Harlem), Phoebe Fox (The Great), Silvia Dionisio (Wu-Tang: An American Epic), and Peña Coral (For all humanity) are the latest recurring cast members set for Brad Ingelsby’s untitled ensemble project on HBO (working title).
De Pancoli will play Father Daniel George, FBI agent Tom Ruffalo’s oldest and best friend, with whom he went to seminary. Fox portrays Tom’s biological daughter, Sarah, who suffers from deep grief, with Dionisio as his adopted daughter, grappling with a family tragedy. Peña plays Meg Coyle, a guidance counselor who works at Emily’s High School.

Based on Ingelsby’s original idea, the series is set in the working-class suburbs outside Philadelphia, where Tom Ruffalo heads a task force to put an end to a series of drug house robberies led by an unsuspecting family man. Ingelsby writes the show and executive produces alongside Jeremiah Zagar, Sally Richardson-Whitfield (who also directs), Ruffalo, Paul Lee, wiip’s Mark Roybal, and David Crockett. Public Record’s Nicole Jordan Weber and Jeremy Yaches serve as co-executive producers.
