Eric Carmen, the lead singer of “All By Myself” and “Hungry Eyes” and singer of the legendary 1970s band Raspberries, has died, according to his family. The cause of death was not mentioned. He was 74 years old.
“It is with great sadness that we share the devastating news of Eric Carmen’s passing,” read the statement, signed by his wife, Amy. “Kind, loving and talented Eric passed away in his sleep over the weekend.
