The actor who played the Wolfman in the original version The best He is suing Paramount Pictures over what he claims is the unauthorized use of his image in the 2022 sequel.

The complaint states that the photo is “a close-up of four shots clearly corroborating Plaintiff,” and “(Tabb’s) resemblance to the scene is necessary in a way that is not incidental.” The newspapers claim that the photo is actually an edited version of a behind-the-scenes shot of the original cast, and so the edits have “destroyed any purported copyright” to the photo.
