BRP Group Inc. said: On Friday, Chief Operating Officer Dan Galbraith and Chief Insurance Innovation Officer Jim Roche were promoted to co-presidents of BRP.
In addition to their corporate roles, Mr. Galbraith and Mr. Roche will also serve as chief executive officers in their respective areas of business operations, BRP said in a statement.
Mr. Galbraith, who is based in Tampa Bay, Florida, will serve as BRP’s President and Chief Executive Officer of retail brokerage operations, including the Insurance Advisory Solutions segment and Mainstreet’s Medical and Personal Care insurance businesses in BRP’s Mainstreet Insurance Solutions segment.
Mr. Roche, who is based in Ambler, Pennsylvania, will serve as BRP’s president and chief executive officer of its underwriting, capabilities and technology operations, including companies in the Underwriting, Capabilities and Technology Solutions segment and Westwood’s operations for the Main Street Insurance Solutions segment.

Mr. Roche and Mr. Galbraith joined the BRP Group in 2019.
