Aon PLC this week appointed Phil Pearce, former chief growth officer at Newfront Insurance, as a sales director based in Northern California.
Mr. Pierce, based in San Francisco, joined Newfront in 2021 from Lockton Cos. LLC where he served as Chief Operating Officer – Pacific North.
He will report to Jessica Fields and Chris Choi, executive vice presidents of Aon in California.
