Zurich North America on Tuesday named Ann Chai as chief risk officer, succeeding Colin Zeit, who was named vice president of comprehensive operations controls.
Ms. Chai, a resident of Schaumburg, Illinois, who joined Zurich in 2010, was previously head of U.S. middle market finance at Zurich.
Zurich said in a statement that her responsibilities as chief risk officer will include: ensuring that the company’s governance and risk management responsibilities are met, developing risk-related policies and meeting the company’s regulatory requirements.
Ms. Zeit has held this position since 2020.
