Kate Moss has entered a new decade of cold, sober living.
The Daily Mail reported that the British model, who turned 50 on Tuesday, celebrated her birthday with her 21-year-old daughter, Laila Moss, and her close friends on an alcohol-free trip to the Caribbean island of Mustique.
Guests included model-turned-nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, stylist Katie England, floral designer Flora Starkey, casting director Jess Shalit, designer Jess Morris and director Sadie Frost, who shared snaps from the “spiritual” holiday on Instagram on Tuesday.
Kate appeared fresh-faced in the photos, with wreaths of tropical flowers adorning her head and neck while the women sat in what appeared to be a prayer circle.
However, later in the evening, the group changed their outfits into elegant dresses, with the iconic ’90s beauty donning a partially see-through black gown for the festivities.
Kate has publicly embraced a cleaner lifestyle in recent years, launching a line of skincare and wellness products called Cosmoss in 2022 and reportedly abstaining from alcohol 80 percent of the time.
In September 2023, before her milestone birthday, she shared that she had also cut down on smoking, noting that she only took up the habit “occasionally.”
“I heard that when you stop, you can tell (by your skin). But I haven’t stopped…yet,” she added.
Kate hasn’t always been on the cutting edge of wellness. In the past, she has publicly indulged in cocaine, and in 2015, was kicked off a plane for reportedly being “drunk” and calling the pilot a “basic bitch.”
However, her new lifestyle appears to have affected how she reacts to her half-sister Lottie Moss’ drug abuse issues.
In February 2022, a family source told The Post that Kate felt “ashamed” by the way her younger brother was dealing with drug addiction.

“She has her head in her hands about Lottie and what she is doing with her career,” the insider said.
At the time, Lottie, now 26, was posting about her rehab stint on social media and joked: “I think I took my orgasm literally guys.”
However, it seems that Kate’s younger sister now wants to follow in the model’s footsteps.
In a TikTok video posted on Monday, Lottie tearfully admitted that she has been “struggling” with addiction since she was young, and announced that she has been sober for four days.
The OnlyFans creator added, “I think I’m going to start documenting my journey here because I think it’s very important for my recovery to come here, and for me to keep myself in check.”
