Alec Moser, who starred in All My Children, has died at the age of 50

Actor Alec Moser, best known for starring in the TV series “All My Children” and “Desperate Housewives,” has died, his fiancée Paige Press announced on Instagram on Saturday. He was 50 years old.

“Peace be upon the love of my life. @alecmusser. I will never stop loving you. My heart is broken,” Bryce wrote in a post shared on Instagram Stories.

“Today is the worst day of my life. We were so happy,” she continued in another post.

She confirmed in another post that Moser died on Saturday, January 13, 2024, and wrote: “RIP 11/4/73 — 13/1/24.”

The press also confirmed the news of Moser’s death TMZ. The outlet reported that Moser died at his home in Del Mar, California.

The cause of death has not been confirmed.

Moser rose to fame after taking on the role of Dale Henry (previously played by Winsor Harmon) on the ABC series “All My Children” after winning the SOAPnet reality television competition “I Wanna Be a Soap Star.” He debuted in 2005 and exited the show two years later in 2007.

He also appeared in “Rita Rocks”, “Grown Ups” and “Road to the Altar”. His last role was as Friedrich in the final season of Desperate Housewives in 2011.

Outside of his acting career, Moser was also a fitness model, according to the press. In one post celebrating his life, she called him “the best @abercrombie model ever.”
