“I can’t believe he’s gone” – Deadline


Adam Sandler took to social media to express his condolences following the loss of Alec Moser.

Moser appeared in the 2010 film grown upsWhich Sandler co-wrote with Fred Wold and produced alongside Jack Giarrapoto.

“I loved this man. I can’t believe he’s gone. Such a wonderful, funny good man. Thinking of him and his family and sending all my love. A true great sweetheart to someone,” Sandler wrote on Instagram along with a still photo of Moser in the film.

Moser played the credited role of Water Park Stud in one of the most memorable scenes from the film, which included Salma Hayek, Maya Rudolph, Maria Bello, and Joyce Van Patten. While the men take the kids to the water slide, the ladies stay behind to enjoy some downtime. They soon see an orange man looking their way and starting to walk towards them.

“Hey, what’s up ladies,” the stud says in a loud voice that surprises the women. “I’m from Saskatchaton! That’s up in Canada, eh? Have you American ladies ever been to Saskatchaton?”

The ladies burst into laughter with Rudolph Dean adding, “Everything was dope except his voice.”

Moser died at his home in Del Mar, California, at the age of 50, his fiancée Paige Press told us. The press did not reveal the cause of Moser’s death.
