HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Food Network celebrity and Alabama restaurant owner has been arrested in the Bluegrass State.
Darnell Ferguson was arrested Tuesday in Louisville, Kentucky.
Louisville Metro Corrections says Ferguson is charged with robbery, strangulation, assault, terroristic threatening, menacing, criminal mischief and robbery.
Ferguson allegedly entered a woman’s home without permission.
Ferguson then allegedly began choking her and threatened to kill her.
Ferguson is known for hosting the Superchef Grudge Match.
He’s behind the Superhero Chef restaurants in Huntsville and Tuscumbia.
